We just moved into our new home and we are so pleased with the service that we received from Jacob in the process. A little background on us... We have been looking for a new home to purchase for the last five years. We were comfortable in our home and so wanted to make sure that whatever home we purchased would tick all of the proverbial boxes. We let Jacob know that we weren't in a hurry to purchase and gave him an opportunity to bow out as it may be a longer relationship than what he may have been used to. This is our second experience as a real estate seller with Jacob so we are highly likely to recommend him and have already done so. We found his local expertise and advocacy very impressive on both occasions. As an example, he went to bat for us with power and internet services when he saw that our lines were too low. We were always impressed with his expertise throughout the process whenever he explained details of transactions or answered our questions. We did feel the initial listing price for our home may have been too high and, in hind sight, Jacob concurred. Umm wow, I don't even know where to begin… There is a notion out there that homebuying can be scary, especially as a first-time homebuyer. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE.
