During the process of the sale, Jacob handled the typical unexpected problems and guided me through to a successful closing, prior to the projected closing date. All of his work was thorough and professional, he contacted me promptly with problems and paperwork. and the process went smoothly to closing. I live out of state, and he used electronic documents that I was able to easily handle, sign and process for the sale. It could not have gone more smoothly. Umm wow, I don't even know where to begin… There is a notion out there that homebuying can be scary, especially as a first-time homebuyer. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE. Jacob and his team made our first-time homebuyer transaction a breeze! I felt that he understood exactly what we wanted, and never pushed us towards anything outside of that. He was able to get us into houses to view them the same day we asked, even within hours most times. He was always responsive in a timely manner, all days and times of the week. I felt that he answered any and all of our questions (and found the information if he did not know it offhand), (especially being first-time homebuyers — we had no idea what we were doing). Jacob and his team are respectful and the most friendly bunch. He always gave his honest opinion on homes and ultimately cared that we were happy with our final decision.
