Jeremiah Perry
I was born in Sacramento, California, and in 1995, I moved to Oregon, where I spent my formative years in the small town of Oakland. My high school years were marked by my involvement in football and baseball, graduating from Oakland High School in 2003. Following high school, I embarked on a decade-long career in construction, specializing in the stucco industry.
At age 27, driven by a desire for further education and career advancement, I returned to school and earned my Associate degree from Umpqua Community College in 2015. This accomplishment paved the way for me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, which I proudly received from the University of Oregon in 2018.
Upon completing my degree, I transitioned into the Legal Administration field, dedicating nearly six years to the Judicial Department. This role allowed me to hone my administrative skills and gain valuable insights into the legal system.
Outside of my professional life, I am a devoted father to my 14-year-old son, who is my best friend and constant source of inspiration. In my leisure time, I enjoy golfing, hunting, fishing, and coaching baseball. I am also an avid supporter of the University of Oregon's sporting events, relishing every opportunity to cheer on my alma mater.
I have a strong desire to work with people and bring my diverse skill set to the real estate industry. My background in construction provides me with a unique understanding of property value and potential, while my experience in legal administration equips me with meticulous attention to detail and a strong grasp of regulatory compliance. I am committed to helping clients navigate the complexities of real estate transactions, ensuring they achieve their goals with confidence and ease. My passion for personal interaction and my dedication to delivering exceptional service make me a valuable asset in the real estate industry.
