Very professional at keeping on top of things needed for both homes.
Jacob was particularly valuable since we were out of town and needed various vendors related to our purchase. Jacob quickly assisted with everything we needed.
Jacob's prompt communication with regard to the availability of the property helped us be able to purchase the property. We appreciated the use of DocuSign and the ease of the purchase. Thank you for answering all our questions about water rights. The process was quick and easy.
I appreciate that Jacob took care of the repairs to the home, even though they were really over-the-top requests from the buyer. That made my life much easier.
